A RHS feature garden was created to show an edible wonderland in the centre of Hampton Court Flower Show. Covering 1,850 sq metres and containing nine areas, this garden was filled with different foods and food production techniques available to gardeners in the UK.

Traditional crops like hops, fruit, nuts and non-edible crops like lavender and willow were laid out in formal and informal areas. There’s even a foraging garden to demonstrate just how many edible plants are around us in nature.

For those that want something truly different there was a tropical house filled with exotic edibles and adjacent to this, a bed for giant vegetables.
