A place for adults to entertain and children to play. A small natural stone terrace sits directly by the front door, to allow coffee and croissants in the morning, matches the interior natural stone floor, an extension from the interior to the external space taking the inside living outside. Natural stone stepping stones lead you to a large outdoor kitchen with enough space for a large entertaining table and a low wall at sitting height giving extra space for the larger parties. The space is enclosed with espalier fruit trees and herbaceous planting with taller trees to give structure and privacy. Further stepping stones, planting in between is fragrant thyme, takes you to a large lawn for the children to play and a natural stone built fire pit and stone seating to catch the evening sun. A gate leads you to a kitchen garden with raised beds for fruit and vegetables and a parking area.
To the rear of the property a path with random stone steps and a mown pathway through a wildflower meadow takes you to a small woodland area where the children have a willow den and can explore the natural environment. To the rear is a wood fired hot tub covered with a pergola planted with fragrant climbing plants and a small natural stone patio from the living room.
